Proof of Purchase is Required: All refund or return requests need to include valid proof of purchase, like your order number or receipt.
No Refunds or Returns on Opened Items
For the safety, quality, and integrity of our food products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any freeze-dried microgreen powder that has been opened, unsealed, or partially consumed.** Once the product’s is sold, we can no longer guarantee its purity or safety, and it cannot be resold.

Eligibility for Refund/Return
We offer refunds or exchanges only under these specific conditions:
Product Defect: If you receive a microgreen powder that’s clearly defective (e.g., incorrect product sent, foreign material found, or quality issues that significantly deviate from our high standards), you might be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Return Shipping
